August 11: Divine Words for Encouragement and Comfort (John 17:20)
We will continue the series on prayer giving attention to the intercessory prayer of Jesus in John 17. This prayer highlights for us the hope and encouragement that we as believers find in the petitions of Jesus as he is
preparing to go to the Father after his death on the cross. The weight of his petitions are based on who he is and all that he has done and will do on behalf of those who would believe the words of the disciples.
