March News and Announcements
News, Events & Information
Sunday, March 11
Just a reminder that Sunday, March 11 is daylight savings and we will be springing forward an hour.
The elders have announced Luke Akins as the candidate for the Family Pastor position, and they have given the congregation thirty days to express concerns and or encouragement. Please be in prayer for Luke and his family as well as the elders during this important time of consideration. To learn more about Luke and his desires to serve this church, visit the blog at cccraleigh.org.

Men’s Breakfast and Yard Clean Up

All men and young men are invited to sign up for the spring breakfast and clean up!
Adult Sunday School
Sunday mornings, 9:00 a.m.
During March we will be going through 1 John section by section, observing how John explains what it means to know Jesus Christ and to have fellowship with him. This study will deepen your affections for the Savior who has revealed the love of God to us.
Lost and Found
If you are missing a Bible, jacket, coffee mug, umbrella, etc., please drop by the lost and found closet located just outside the nursery and claim it. All unclaimed items will be donated on March 18.
The weekly fellowship starters are an excellent way to engage in fellowship as you discuss the application of the sermon with other believers. These questions are available each Sunday on the blog at cccraleigh.org. You may also pick up a printed copy on the table in the narthex.
Christ Church Rolesville
The team has been joined together to plant a church in Rolesville. We want to remember that those who stay at Christ Covenant are also a vital part of this team. Your role will be constant prayer, encouragement and stepping forward to fill vacancies left by the leaders and volunteers. We would encourage you to make a commitment to pray for them over the next year. Pray that God would sustain them, and that the church would bear great fruit in Rolesville. Christ Church’s first service will be on May 6, 2012 at the Rolesville Community Center.
